2006 - 2008 book-entry treasury bonds syndicate members, the Central Securities Depository Trust & Clearing Co., Ltd., China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shenzhen Stock Exchange:

For the mobilization of financial resources to support national economic and social development, the Ministry of Finance decided to issue book-entry in 2008 (15) bonds (hereinafter referred to as the current treasury bonds). The current treasury bonds are issued on matters relating to the work of notice as follows:

First, the issue conditions

(A) issuing places. Through the national inter-bank bond market, stock exchange market (hereinafter referred to as the market place) issued.

(B) the variety and quantity. Duration of the current treasury bonds 3 months to less than the nominal amount of issue price discount, issue price by competitive bidding to determine the weighted average price of the successful bidder. Plans to issue a total face value of 20 billion yuan, all subject to competitive bidding. The current treasury bonds are not a member of Group A supplementary tender.

Fifth, to establish claims
