According to "complete foreign aid projects to implement corporate accreditation task approach" (section 9 of the Ministry of Commerce Decree No. 2004) and "foreign aid project implementation approach to business qualification" (in 2004 the Ministry of Commerce Decree No. 10), the Ministry of Commerce, 2008 Annual foreign aid project implementation enterprises verify work eligibility in September 2008 in full.
