Heilongjiang Province, two months before the break through three billion U.S. dollars export value growth of 19.9%
According to customs statistics, 1-Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, in February import and export value 3.13 billion U.S. dollars, increased by 19.9% compared with same period last year, below the national import and export growth of 24.9 percentage points. Among them, the export value of 1.75 billion U.S. dollars, down 5.2%, below the national export growth rate of 36.6 percentage points; imports worth 1.38 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 80.4%, higher than the national growth rate of 16.8 percent of imports. Trade surplus of 370 million U.S. dollars.
Heilongjiang Province from January to February total value of import and export of the Russian Federation, 920 million U.S. dollars, down 6.9%, below the national export growth rate of 74.8 percent in Russia; accounting for the same period the total value of national imports and exports to Russia by 11.7%; accounting for the same period the whole Province, 29.4% of the total value of imports and exports. Among them, Russia exports 510 million U.S. dollars, down 36%, low out of the country's exports to Russia grew 70.7 percentage points; imports from Russia worth 410 million U.S. dollars, an increase of 1.2 times higher than the national growth rate of 8.7 months of imports to Russia points.
January-February general trade import and export value of Heilongjiang Province, 2.12 billion U.S. dollars, up 18.7%; border trade imports and exports worth 710 million U.S. dollars, up 42.6%; processing trade imports and exports worth 110 million U.S. dollars, down 15.7%.
Private enterprises import and export of Heilongjiang Province from January to February total 2.35 billion U.S. dollars, up 28.4%; state-owned enterprises import and export value of 580 million U.S. dollars, down 11.1%; foreign-invested enterprises import and export value of 160 million U.S. dollars, an increase of 32.4%.
