To grasp the leading varieties of wheat quality, evaluation of screening improved varieties and promoting seed supporting good law, improve yields, improve wheat quality, our department decided in 2010 to continue wheat sample, censorship and quality of identification and evaluation work. Notice on the matter are as follows.

1, sampling principles

Primarily in the main wheat producing province of choice acreage wide variety yield potential sampling to ensure representative samples of wheat. Specific sampling methods, see Annex 1.

Second, the sampling sample arrangement

Mu yield of wheat combined with the provinces to create model pieces, determine the Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong (including Qingdao), Henan, Hubei, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia and Xinjiang provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Heilongjiang Province, the number of Reclamation sample sample, see Annex 2.

Third, strengthening the organization and management

The sampling unit to local conditions, scientific sampling program to develop the sample, carefully organize and do sampling personnel training, improve field sampling methods, good records of sample information (see Annex 3), complete quality and quantity of wheat sample sample task.
