Cameroon Douala and the French Development Agency signed the Wu River Erhaoqiao construction projects in the loan agreement
July 13, the Government of Cameroon and the French Development Agency signed Douala Wu River Erhaoqiao construction projects in the loan agreement, Gurkha economy, planning and land-use planning Minister Louis • Paul • Mota Ze French Ambassador to Cameroon Bu Lvnuo • Gan representing the two sides signed the agreement.
Under the agreement, the French Development Agency will provide 65.6 billion CFA francs Cameroon loans, construction in the river Erhaoqiao Wu Douala. In addition, France and Cameroon will be in the "debt for development" to the second phase of cooperation under the framework of the project with 216 billion CFA francs capital, part of the Government of Cameroon will also raise funds, the total investment is expected to reach 100 billion CFA francs.
Wu will be built inside the original River Erhaoqiao about 20 meters downstream of the bridge, including a five-lane highway bridge and a two-lane railway bridge, the bridge length of about 850 meters and the total width of 34.1 meters. The project is expected to start end of 2012, 2015.
