First, the scope and focus of support

(A) support the scope

7 easy form of traditional folk culture, arts and culture industry;

8 other areas of regional cultural industries.

Third, the method of support

2012 regional cultural industry development funds loan interest subsidy and special grants to support two kinds of ways. Which project-based subsidized loans, free grants to support appropriate projects. Units of the same project can only declare an enabling way.

    (B) free grants. Based subsidies to its own funds mainly invest in the cultural industries and cultural industrial park project (base) construction. Single project does not exceed the amount of subsidies the registered capital of enterprises, in principle, a maximum of $ 5 million; for traditional folk culture industry projects each subsidy funds not exceeding $ 500,000.

Fourth, the reporting conditions

　　 (C) the reporting of traditional folk culture industry projects, should have the following conditions:                   

1 must have a certain influence, easy to form a professional Gacha, the village, to promote the development of folk art and folk artists to increase income-generating projects;

(2) to declare the main principles of the project is legally registered in the business sector of cooperative economic organization or individual economic entity.

Fifth, reporting procedures
