General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 73 of 2011 (on Notice No. 41 of 2005 to adjust the content)
To further simplify customs procedures to facilitate the departure of my librarian embassies and consulates in the country's entry to use the vehicle for personal use, it was decided to General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 41 of 2005 V is amended as:
Librarians outgoing duty-free entry to return the vehicle for personal use vehicles belonging to customs supervision, customs supervision period for the three years from the date of release. The regulatory period, librarians entry of customs control vehicles are not allowed to transfer, sell or make other disposition. Such as librarians need to transfer, sell or dispose of their entry of customs control vehicles, should be reported to the competent customs approval and ID card holders and "motor vehicle driving license" to submit a written application to the competent customs. The competent customs examination and payment of duties and taxes according to the vehicle after the issuance of "China Customs supervision vehicles deregulation certificate" (see Annex 7, hereinafter referred to as "deregulation certificate"), the public security organs according to law librarians by virtue of traffic management through the relevant formalities.
