General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 85 of 2011 (on the adjustment of imports originating in Taiwan's agricultural products duty-free list)

Notify the State Council Tariff Commission, I Department of General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 37 of 2005, Annex 1, "originating in the mainland's imports of fresh fruit Taiwan implementation of zero tariff product list" and the General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 6, 2007 Accessories "section originating from Taiwan's imports of agricultural products duty-free list" has been adjusted, combined, to develop a "part of the imports originating in Taiwan are exempted from import tariffs on agricultural products list (2012 edition)" (see annex), to be published now, since January 1, 2012 implementation date.
"Part of the imports originating in Taiwan are exempted from import tariffs on agricultural products list (2012 edition)" involving "Republic of China Import and Export Tariff" in the 49 tariff codes, which, marked "ex" of the tariff column refers to the tariff codes, including a number of commodities, but only the column names in the list of products duty-free agricultural products.
