According to "Cross-Strait Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement" (ECFA), now both the 2012 tariff adjustment in accordance with the "ECFA early harvest trade in goods product product-specific rules of origin" (hereinafter referred to as "rules", see Annex) to the public. Exports to the mainland enterprises can legally apply to the issuing agency for goods exported to Taiwan preferential certificate of origin. Certification bodies should be issued pursuant to this announcement attachment of the goods exported to Taiwan, preferential certificate of origin.
