June 20, 2002, Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation issued by the Ministry of the annual Notice No. 20, decided to impose anti-dumping since August 16, 2001, originating in the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Germany, South Korea imported dichloromethane tax, the implementation period of five years from August 16, 2001.
August 14, 2007, the Commerce Department released the annual No. 63 bulletin and decided to August 15, 2007, to continue in accordance with the former Foreign Trade and economic cooperation in the Ministry of 2002 No. 20 Notice provisions of the product range and anti-dumping tax rate on the original produced in the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Germany, South Korea imported dichloromethane continue to levy anti-dumping duties, the implementation period of 5 years.
February 14, 2012, the Ministry of Commerce issued Notice No. 5 of the year, announced anti-dumping measures will terminate on August 15, 2012. Since the date of the announcement, the domestic industry by or on behalf of the domestic industry a natural person, legal person or relevant organizations in the anti-dumping measures to put an end to the day 60 days before, in writing to the Ministry of Commerce of the final application for review.
Within the time limit, methylene chloride domestic industry is not put forward sufficient evidence to support of the final application for review, the Commerce Department decided not to initiate the final review of an investigation, In view of this, since August 15, 2012, originating in the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Germany, South Korea's anti-dumping measures applicable to imports dichloromethane to terminate the implementation.
