, Citric acid (salt) export license reporting conditions
Businesses can meet the following conditions to declare 2013 citric acid (salt) export license:
(A) production enterprises.
1, according to state regulations for industrial and commercial registration, registration of foreign trade operators (or have a valid import and export business), the business scope of foreign-invested enterprises, including the corresponding commodity export business, which has an independent legal personality;
2, to obtain the ISO9000 quality management system certification, ISO14000 environmental management standard certification;
3, to be included in the citric acid (salt) Ministry of Environmental Protection released the latest list of companies discharge standards;
4, comply with relevant state laws and regulations and the relevant provisions of the local government, in accordance with the law to participate in the pension, unemployment, medical, work injury, maternity and other social insurance and pay social insurance premiums in full and on time;
5, no violation of the behavior of the relevant state laws and regulations.
(B) the distribution companies.

Second, the reporting and audit procedures

(E) where the enterprise labor and social security department issued in 2012 to participate in the pension, unemployment, medical, work injury and maternity social insurance and the relevant supporting the timely and full payment of the social insurance premiums.
Fourth, verification and processing
(A) commissioned by the Ministry of Commerce, China Minmetals Chemicals Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, together with China Fermentation Industry Association of citric acid (salt) export enterprises verification.
