If you violate these terms and conditions, SourceJuice.com will have the right to terminate your use of SourceJuice.com and/or take appropriate legal actions against you. SourceJuice.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting on SourceJuice.com website.  If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement, you cannot use this site or the services offered herein.
		1. PERMITTED USE.
           You may use the search engine services of SourceJuice.com for your personal, non-commercial purposes. 		4. VIRUSES.

You agree that you will not use any robot or any other automatic device and you will not use any manual process to monitor or to copy any information in SourceJuice.com for any unauthorized purpose. You also agree that you will not use any automatic device, software or other routine to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the functioning of SourceJuice.com.
        10. INDEMNIFICATION.
            You agree to indemnify and to hold SourceJuice.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employers and other agents, harmless from and against any loss, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of SourceJuice.com, including, without limitation, any violations by you in the terms and conditions for your use of SourceJuice.com.
		11. REQUIREMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF REGISTRATION.
            SourceJuice.com may reject any account registration without the need to give any reason. To register for User Center services, you must agree to accept the User Agreement of SourceJuice.com. By making a registration, you warrant that: a) All actions needed to authorize your entry into and performance of this User Agreement have been taken; b) The information you provided in the registration form is true, accurate, complete and current; c) You will maintain and promptly update the registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete; & d) you conform to utilizing a single account. For any violation, SourceJuice.com shall in its sole discretion to terminate your membership with or without notice.
		12.USER I.D., PASSWORD AND SECURITY.
            You will select a User I.D. (as available) and Password upon completing the User Center registration process. You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your User I.D. and Password and against any unauthorized use. You agree to immediately notify SourceJuice.com (using our contact us form in the “About Us” section of SourceJuice.com) of any authorized use of your User I.D. and Password or any other breach of security. SourceJuice.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section. If you have not signed in to SourceJuice.com with your member I.D. for more than 90 days, your SourceJuice.com account may be terminated. All of your Content and Settings such as favorites, email alerts, notes and comments, and other services and or information assets may be removed upon your account termination.
		13. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES.  
            SourceJuice.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that SourceJuice.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
		14. GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION.
            This User Agreement and your access to and use of information from SourceJuice.com are governed by This User Agreement shall be governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
	    15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
            This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SourceJuice.com regarding your access to SourceJuice.com and your reproduction and use of any information in SourceJuice.com. Any waiver of any term or condition of this User Agreement shall not be effective unless in a written document signed by an authorized representative of SourceJuice.com
